Mod that resets every character inventory in a cell?

I’m looking for a mod that will automatically reset the inventory of npc in the area or in a cell, and if it didn’t exist if it was possible at all.

There is this mod, but it's meant to reset NPC's inventories after a pickpocket event. It casts a spell on each NPC that you pickpocket to reset their inventory. You could probably use SPID to distribute this spell to every NPC and see what happens. Idk what you are looking to do but, I would love to see a mod that does exactly what you said so it could be used to change NPC's outfits. The problem with that is it could possibly break quests if you rest their inventories. ?

Yeah I want a mod like this so it can used in tandem with mods that add items to npc inventory mid playthrough.  That way you don’t have to individually reset every npc inventory with console

 

update: I tried distributing the spell with Spid with sadly no result
