How to manage stable gameplay on a heavily modded savefile permanently ?

I have completed two incredible mods - Rigmor of Cyrodiil and Become jarl of Ivarstead, with some basic mods like Skyui, Additem menu, Fnis and Unofficial se patch installed along them. Now i am looking to play more on this save as right now i am at Level 120, the Emperor of Cyrodiil, and the Jarl of ivarstead.

 

As Ivarstead is located near the borders of Skyrim and Cyrodiil, and since Cyrodiil matters are usually managed by Lord chancellor, so i live in Ivarstead to manage Skyrim. So I want to further build upon this background as i have not completed any vanilla quests at all.

 

How should i proceed forward ?
