Guide that describes all Just for Fun HDT editor values?

Hi all,

 

Dows anyone know if/ where I can find a full guide for JFF as far as what all the values do? I have been looking but haven't found a complete one yet. 

I am using easy hawt HDT physics and I have an annoying thing happening. When why character grabs her breasts, they very quickly start to bounce around like crazy. I tried another default HDT xml and it was a little better, but I don't like the overall bounce of that file as much. I was wondering if anyone happens to know if there is a guide that says what each value does (dampening, friction etc)? I have been messing around in the just for fun HDT editor but I haven't been able to find which value specifically is causing this to happen.
