AAF and sim settlement 2 install guide?

No crashes, but npc don't redress, and i seem to have lag on a 3070ti, 10700k, 16gig ram. High settings @ 3440x1440.

 

So Anyone have a guide to install whatever AAF+mods, sim settlement 2? I'm looking for ability to sex, capture, rape npcs. Slave camps is welcome to if it isn't abundant. I play as a male character. Just want to bring the reasonable adult side including slavery, which i'd suspect would exist in this kind of setting. I'm fine with which ever body mod as well. I prefer realistic body sizes btw. I'd def like one that fits all game clothing out of the box, but would be okay with one that requires in-depth setup if it gives npcs different body shapes within a given tolerance.

I installed sim2 on a running installation without trouble there is just a mod on nexus that adds furniture support for the mod beds ect   comming back to your problem make sure aaf runs before installing sims2 if you think the mod causes problems.
