[Request/Search] Spells or Equipment that forces NPC to crouch/sneak

I'm looking for any mods that will allow me to force an NPC into staying in a sneaking position to be used in tandem with the Pet Ring mod linked below as a potential work around for the issue it has with mods that replaces standing idle animations.
