Tattoo shops

So, trying to finalize my load order it dawns on me that with Slavetats and all the tattoo mods available for that system, plus the Immersive Piercing (YPS Fashion) mod that adds an immersive way to do  yourself up with piercings and makeup, I have never seen a mod that adds a shop or artist that actually offers to tattoo people until a few minutes ago and was disappointed. No requirements to have Slavetats or Racemenu, looks limited to the 24 tattoos available through the mod and it looks like it's only on Oldrim. My request is if someone can create a mod that either simply adds tattoo artists to various shops, or possibly a new physical building location that can rely on Slavetats, Racemenu or both and can possibly tie into YPS's Fashion system. Thank you.
