Any help with making male vagina cc work?

I've tried all the male vagina meshes I could find, and only dumbaby's male vagina has worked. As nice as it looks, I wish I could find something else that works and I'm wondering if there's some way to get other custom content to work. I've had in the past had someone attach a file to a reply before for female vaginas and THEN it worked, so maybe that could help? Or maybe there's some sort of trick to get it to work.... If anyone is able to help, please do reply

Noir has a Male frame  Vagina that  works great. I got it for free a while back not sure if it was patrone or her blog start here on her links you'll find it its worth it
