Skyrim LE | Weird animation after falling off a ledge

I've had this bug in my game for a long time, so today I decided to ask for help, when I'm running in Skyrim, and I fell off a ledge, my character locks in "A Pose" if I keep running forward, to "solve" this I need to stop running or jumping.
