Issue with OSA (Mod Organizer 2)

Apologies if this is an easy fix but I’m fairly dumb when it comes to modding.

 

I’m trying to get OSA/OSex etc. installed properly, but when I try and launch the game I get an error message and the game can’t launch. The message is:

 

OSA.dll
REL/Relocation.h(567): failed to open file

 

After the crash, an ‘skse’ folder appears in my Overwrite folder, which inside has a ‘Character Making Extender’ text document.

 

Are these two things related? How do I fix it?
