Sims 4 CAS problems

Hello,

 

I've been having issues with my male sims lately in CAS with their chest area. Has anyone else had this problem? It only happens when I take their shirt off and their chest looks like the 2nd image and I have no idea why. I use CC but Ive removed it all from the sim and it still happens. I cant tell which one I should delete in my files but its very weird lmaoo. If anyone has any tips I'd greatly appreciate it!

The case is very similar to this one.

 

This should be done while organizing the mod package data, such as 50/50.

Using the alpha converter for the skin mods fixed everything for me ?
