How to change default condom so NPC can use Condoms as well

I'm currently using simdulgence penis mesh and his condom works for my sims if they have it in their inventory so my question is how do you get NPC sims to also use the condom as well. Because I think they keep trying to use the WW condom which is incompatible with the simdulgence one that I've applied to every male sim in the game.
