Bodyslide not changing anything in-game

I've used bodyslide before with no issues, but for some reason now it decides it doesn't want to work anymore. I run the program and do everything like usual, it says all sets procedured correctly, but when I go in the game nothing is changed. The bodyslide preset isn't applied to me or any NPCs, it just uses the default cbbe body. I can change my character's body with the sliders, but none of the changes apply to clothes, even though it did in the past. I've tried using the latest version of bodyslide as well as a few older versions to no avail. I checked the directories and everything looks right. 

 

This is all after a fresh reinstall, completely deleted everything and building my load order from scratch. Everything works fine EXCEPT for bodyslide.

First thing I would check is any file path issues. 

 

I don't know how Vortex does it, I use MO2, but I'd check if everything is in the files/folders they are supposed to be.  Maybe Vortex, Skyrim, and Bodyslide are looking at different file paths and therefore what Bodyslide see and says is fine is not being found by Vortex/Skyrim. 

 

I haven't ran into BodySlide problems before, so I don't really have any experience on other potential problems and their solutions.

 

A couple of questions in case it helps others with giving you ideas:

 

1) Did you reinstall BodySlide or having you been running it the same way and it suddenly stopped working correctly?

 

2)  Anything weird happen around the time it stopped when you were using BodySlide?  Or in-game?

 

3)  Any changes to your mod list that would affect outfits that you can think of? 

 

4)  Did this happen on an existing save or appear once you started a new game?

Yeah everything is pointing to where it should be. Bodyslide's "Game Data Path" is pointed to my game's data folder. 

 

 

As for the other things, the answer to all that is that I reinstalled my game completely. Deleted all the files, started from scratch, and now this is happening. Mind you all of the mods I am using are mods that I've used in the past without issue. When I build CBBE 3BBB Body Amazing it goes to D:\Steam\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets. As far as I can tell the outfit data is also going to the appropriate folders.
