Mod/setting/add-on to make all NPCs erect?

So this might be an odd request, but I'm looking for some way to make all male NPCs in my game erect (preferably with SOS). I'm playing on 1.6.3 without any sex mods, but with SOS and CBBE installed and skimpy clothing and armor replacers for males and females, and I just want to make all the male NPCs erect without having to install a sex animation framework and an arousal mod (or replace SOS with some other mod that adds NPC penises but has less compatibility and customization). Anyone know if anything like this exists, or if someone might make it? I don't know if new features are even being considered for SOS SE anymore, but maybe there could be an add-on with a feature like this?
