Best Texture Debuff

But I see others use this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13529/?

 

I need a personal verdict. Which would you prefer? Maybe I can get more for my money with the other? I do not know.

 

It's too tie me over for the next few months whilst I save for a new pc daddy new motherboard next month!!
