Rehab Basemental Mods

I'm not sure if this is the place for this question, but I've tried searching for answers everywhere and a lot of them are outdated. Closest year was 2019. I just started playing the sims 4 and I've added a few different mods, sex animations, cc, etc. I was really looking forward to sending my teen sim to rehab after autonomous drug use but the rehab isn't showing. I just spent all last night un-and-reinstalling basemental, wickedwhims, and mccc. Does basemental not offer rehab anymore? Any help would be appreciated, even if it's telling me to try a different forum.
