[SEARCH] Something like Lovers Victim, that works. AE/SE

Just looking for a mod that works like Lovers Victim where in walking around non-hostile NPCs nets a (preferably adjustable) chance at an assault to take place.

I only ask because the obscure SE version I found on a thread here from 2018 just doesn't work, the Menu shows up but after hours of playing and trying to fix it around my load order and with other mods on/off, nothing ever happened.

Forgot to mention I'm on AE/SE, my bad
