I dont know why but every child of my character spanning multiple generation is being born sickly. Im not sure which mod triggering this. Any help would be appreciated. Also i have a court position called wet nurse from the mod Physical Attribute which prompts me to hire a wet nurse when my child is sickly and its always showing that nobody in my court is capable of that position.

Have you turned the lactation system from carnalitas on?

Physical Attributes adds the breast feeding mechanic afaik.

Mhm, your wife is having difficulty with her lactation if you wish to solve this issue simply disable the lactation system.

Lactation needs the character to have sex. Make love once a year and her milk should stay up until she loses her fertility. At least I think that's how the mechanic works
