Devious devices rope harness 3BA collisions/physics?

So the 3BA lists a cool feature on their nexus:

Would something like that be possible for the various (rope) harnesses in Devious devices? Where could I find such a mod?

That's not a feature so much as it is the author showing off what you can do with all the extra vertices in the breasts. It would only work with slot 32 (the full-body slot), because you'd need to reshape the breasts for that effect. Devious Devices harnesses are generally slot 58, so you wouldn't be able to get that effect.

In addition, the harnesses don't seem to support any physics currently, so breasts just bounce through them. That should be more fixable right?
