ooocaughtinabadromance Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 So for some reason my game doesnt have an option to give a female sim a penis. I remeber doing this before. but its not avalible anymore. have i missed something or was it removed? The yellow part is where it should be
tiddyandbooblover Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 in the newest update, it is now apart of in-game and not CAS. Just go to personalization and you should find it.
