Diverse Werewolves/Moonlight Tales & SOS Skin Incompatibility

I know that this issue of werewolf skins and schlongs has been hashed and rehashed many times over but I have not come across any posts that pertain to the Diverse Werewolves Collection, which applies werewolf/werebear skins from Moonlight Tales to many of the werewolves found in Skyrim, including main NPCs like Sinding or Aela. Paired with More Werewolves SE I thought that I would encounter many werewolves with beautiful skins and diverse schlongs, but I was wrong. For some reason all male werewolves have this gloopy low-poly texture on top of the default texture and no schlong, including main NPCs like Sinding, pictured here in this screenshot.

I actually had this problem on my male character and was able to fix it through the Moonlight Tales - Werebear and Werewolf Essentials mod, which is the lite version of MT, and use the skin system in that mod's MCM, allowing me to change body-type as well, like into VectorPlexus Muscular, and then disabling the skin system in MT. Female skins look great, probably because I am not using CBBE or any mods that add female genitalia to werewolves (because I like dudes), so I thought that maybe SOS or Creature Framework is interfering with the skins somehow.

Also, my player character's werewolf schlong, like so many others, is a human schlong from SOS. When I disable werewolf schlongs in SOS and enable werewolf schlongs in Creature Framework, my schlong just disappears. I will note that I only installed VectorPlexus Regular/Muscular schlong variants in the SOS FOMOD installer so I don't have the other variants, but I don't think this is the issue since they are not installed. I'm honestly fine with the human schlong in werewolf form since I have not been able to fix this after multiple hours of forum searching and trial and error. I would mostly like to fix the skin (or possibly skill) issue that I am having with NPC werewolves and missing schlongs. I can post my full load order but I'll include, in order, what I think are the relevant files here.

SMIM

Diverse Werewolves

More Werewolves

MT - Essentials

MT

MT MCM (instead of using the stupid ring)

FNIS

FNIS Spells

FNIS Creature Pack

SexLab

MNC

SOS HDT-SMP Files

SOS

XP32

BodySlide

CBPC

HDT-SMP (do I actually need this if I have these files installed with SOS?)

SLAL

Creature Framework

Animation Mods

I will note that BDIC is overwriting CF, MT, and SMIM and I have not moved it because I am not sure where it should go, should it overwrite MT but be overwritten by CF? I also do not have any sexlab werewolf mods installed because MT - Essentials says to not use any other werewolf mod but Diverse & More Werewolves are working fine, apart from the skins. I think this was in reference to mods that affect gameplay like Growl.
