Looking for the Skyrim modded armour this design is based on.

Hi folks, I need your aid.

 

Some of you may be aware of this character created by Onagi Hanzo/OnagiArt. I discovered some time ago that Ophelia's armour is actually derived from a modded skyrim armour. I even found it here on Loverslab but promptly forgot about it. I cannot remember what it is called & where to find it though.

 

Any help would be most appreciated. I want to make my character look like Ophelia. I even made a busty follower loosely based on her design.
