Anywhere. In game, just press Home to open the Reshade menu and locate these files you have downloaded. But it's better to put all your configs in one folder so you can find everything easier.

Thanks for sharing @SavageMoonBoy. When I load the game I receive all of these errors. My d3dx file has worked fine with every other new mod, but I dont know what to do here. Any suggestions?
