Strip Club lot help

My current issue is that when I trying to buy strip club from my gallery or place one down it tells me that cannot place content because it was created with a newer version of the game. Is there something else I'm missing in order to get this work right because I already tried using testingscheats true and bb.moveobjects before this even occur which provide little results. I have also this one other Strip club called VTKila2021 that I have download that works fine for some odd reason but none others ones cannot be place in the empty lot. I also took the liberty of taking pictures to showcase what's happen on my end. 

 

What else could I be missing on my end or I'm just stuck using that peculiar strip club.

I was looking around for most of these strip clubs tech forums to see if any have the same issue I'm dealing with so maybe I could find the answer from a previous post but no availed.
