Having some trouble with odd sexlab issue

So I made a new save, and set up all the skyui settings but after I am finished setting them all up nothing regarding sexlab works. I cant display arousal (via N), start any SL animations and skyui menus dont load. I dont have any errors via LOOT, just a few dirty plugins. But this one has me stumped. No CDT even when I interact with npc's (try to start sexlab animations) but the chosen (Modded) dialogue prompts do not reappear after chosen (They play the voice lines/Fuz Ro D'oh text but nothing else). Any non-modded dialogue options work properly.
