CTD with all creatures and one SOS issue. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not new to modding but I am new to LL and SL. Been at this for maybe about half a week, and I'm also not used to using forums so bear with me please.

Everything is functional, my game is 95% fine, just this one issue of CTD and SoS disabling physics when a scene starts

I use Skyrim 1.5.97 and SKSE 2.0.20. For the most part, I used LOOT to organize my load order and moved a handful of things around to try and fix it myself to no avail. I've used both FNIS and Nemesis to generate behavior files for animations and opted to use Nemesis after some research supporting that it is effectively a better version and replacement for FNIS, however I do still have the creatures module installed and it detects it (even while using FNIS I still had this issue). I feel like it's a skeleton issue but I've reinstalled skeletons and quadruple-checked that my mod overwrites where they conflict are correct from the instructions of the descriptions. I just have no clue what other actions to take here and I really would like to avoid reinstalling Skyrim as well as all of my mods just to get one part of my modded game to work (though I might because I'm a horny bastard.)

I don't know the cause of your problem but you may want to try and see if ABC fixes it.  It does fix some of these crashes caused by skeleton issues but I don't remember enough to know why.  I do know it fixed some crashes I was having related to skeletons.
