Binding of isaac porn mod/sex mod

Hello! I was wondering if a binding of isaac sex/porn mod existed and if not if someone was willing to make one

that's kind of a weird question to ask, considering the playable character is minor. so you can be expecting no one will want to make porn out of tboi that would imply the mc, considering some of the mobs are also children that'll also conflict with morality and i don't even think it would be accepted here. LL accepts many kinks and fetishes, but pedo stuff is strictly prohibited and i hardly see how are you supposed to make a tboi porn mod without having to impact the young characters.

I know this post is quite old but yes, these mods exist on isaac.
After way too many hours on this game i wanted to see what mods were popular on the workshop and a few nsfw showed up on the first pages.
