[Help Plz] CBPC not working, but SMP does.

I noticed that my breast in SMP is constantly twitching/moving and in complete nude or with outfits which doesn't bother me it's barely noticeable. Then I tried to switch to CBPC and it doesn't work at all anymore it was working a few days ago and the mods I have installed since it stopped working wouldn't seem to be the problem I've tried turning them all off. But a few are outfits I built in body studio wondering if I did something wrong in body slide or something got messed up. Really want the two physic options to work I like to switch between the two often. I'm using 3ba body. I noticed the CBPC stopped working once these mods were installed in the screen shot just below the selected one. Except strange runes. I could be wrong though and didnt notice sooner cbpc wasn't working.

I know SMP says you don't need it, but if I don't install it, stuff doesn't work like it should.  If I install that, it works.  This is probably not ideal, but might help with the troubleshooting.

If there is a way to get 3BA to work without installing the other mod I'd like to hear it.  But following the guide and installer results in no breast bounce.
