Error code (-200) when uploading video

I'm trying to upload a video to put into a blog post, but every time I try to upload it, I get an error code (-200) at about the halfway point of the upload. 

 

The file is very small (under 200mb), and in a previous blog post, I was able to insert a video in the same format (.mp4) that was twice the size of this current video into the post. 

 

Can someone help me out?

If you have to put a video here, the maximum size allowed, as far as I know, is 10Mb

this small programme was recommended to me by @Lestat 1627, with the appropriate settings, you can reduce the size in MB of the video to a minimum

Okay, I'm a little confused though. I've uploaded videos that were over 700mb into posts before with no issue. Thank you for letting me know though!
