I imagine that as a female player you can talk to male npcs and depending on how hungry/thirsty she is, you can ask or beg them for a blowjob to satisfy her hunger/thirst. Maybe you could also make it so that some men don't understand her question and offer her something normal food, which she can then accept or reject if she insists on sperm.
