Issues with Neck Seams

I've recently started playing Skyrim again after a long hiatus, and updating it with a lot of mods. I've finally caved in and installed a body replacer, but I have serious issues with neck seams after two days of frustration trying to get rid of them, to no avail. I'm currently using UNP Dimonzied ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6709/? ) with CBBE skin + Thepal for UNP ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6554//? ), and while I'm aware they come with a seam issue (the All-In-One for UNP I had installed before even had a seam!) I'm also using the Alt UNP Seamless ( http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/topic/3544-relz-alt-navetsea-unp-seamless/ ) to fix them.

 

I initially blended both UNP and the CBBE/Thepal set which didn't help at all, and then even the Seamless Fix has failed to correct the neckseams. Any suggestions? Should I just give up and find some other game to play since it should probably be working and is some esoteric mistake I've made that I'll never manage to figure out?
