Naturism - Sim Keeps Putting Outfit back on

I've been trying to figure out how to fix this for the past couple of hours and it's driving me nuts. 

 

Due to a separate interaction error I had to shut the game down and restart. Two sims were in the middle of sex when I did this. Now when I got back, they were naked but not in the sex animation anymore. It said, for each, that they've acquired the Naturism skill. Now every few seconds one of them spins like they're changing clothes, and a message pops up, "SimName put his outfit back on....underage sims on lot, or whatever". And they keep doing that over and over. When I shift-click on the sim and go to nudity, Debug Nudity Information, it says this: Body State: Top/Bottom: NUDE/NUDE...etc. But he has clothes on.

 

PLEASE tell me how to reset or fix this.  Thanks in advance.
