Cannibalism extension:

For those of questionable ethics who want to have their meal fresher than fresh. Something where there's an option or mechanic that allows you to eat downed enemies or prisoners/slaves alive.  And its possible for more than one cannibal colonist to do the same. 

 

Master/Slave bed share

Would be a bit of a workaround but essentially having double beds or poly beds meant for slaves to share with their masters. Ideological Percepts can also work with this suggestion. This is especially useful for the below suggestion:

 

Personalized Comfort  Sex/Sex slave

Available only for slaves since prisoners are pretty much that; prisoners. You can assign an individual slave colonist to one person. Or multiple. This can be dependent on Ideological Percepts.

 

Broke Rape Victims get mood buffs and positive social relations with their rapists

After continuous rape, the psyche of the victim breaks down and adapts in order to survive. And they actively will begin to crave the abuse and the colonist constantly raping them.  I feel like there wasn't much done with the broken mental states and this could be a nice addition.

 

Pregnancy and Selective Roles

Determine the fate of the child upon birth. Either they are a slave/prisoner or colonist. They usually almost always default to being a colonist and individual children your slave colonists have, you can determine each child is or isn't a slave.
