Help Human armor/Meat shield

Does anyone know how to make it so that u can wear NPCs as a form of human armor/meat shield? I am willing to learn how to create armor mod for this but I’m not sure where to start.

 

do I create a blender armor and import in the female body and rig it to the male body? Or is there an easier way of doing it like say animation?

As with most things in game development, its usually a lot easier to simply provide the illusion rather than the real thing. Meaning it might be a lot easier to create a static armor that looks the way you want to, instead of actually trying to stickytape an actor to another.

 

Riding Styles is the closest I can think of for this. I suppose it is the inverse of what you want, but perhaps it contains ideas for what might be required to do "the real thing".
