OCBPC Breast jiggling on its own. [Kind of Solved]

So in my case physics seems to work fine: no glitches, bend textures, ect, but for some reason breast on every female character jiggle and jump slightly on their own all the time even when character is static. I tried installing the mods in question in different order and deactivating all the other mods, but no dice. Body mods that I use in the order I installed them:

Discrete Female Skeleton

Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-

3BBB Physics (CBBE - TWB)

OCBPC

Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE

MTM 3B OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset

BodyTalk

ZeX-ExtendedSkeletonV5

AAF Animated Fannies

And all their requirements, MTM has colission spheres installed, when installing anim. fannies i chose "no bounce body" option.

I really don't know whats causing this... but if disable ocbpc physics just stop working and as long as its anabled this unnetural jiggling persists. Please help, I so tierd of trying to make my loadout work, and this seems to be the last problem left.

Edit: just saw that framerate can be affecting this too, I my case it 50-53 fps no drops or anything, this should be alright?

Turned off ENB and jiggle kinda dissapeared, it still happands when I turn the camera around fast, so the problem is in framerate or ENB, does anyone know anything about that?

It is an FPS issue. I would try the following:

1. In NVIDIA cap your FPS at 60

2. Launch the game from steam, go to settings, turn off Godrays, and drop your texture quality to high (or 1 less than you currently have)

3. No ENB (which you already did).

If you have grass texture mods or other demanding mods on graphics/fps, disable them. You might still get mini-jiggles in areas like Boston, but this should fix the issues generally.

Also - I noticed this is 3BBB CBBE. I use FG, so YMMV.

So, ENB and graphical mods can't be combined with physics in general or is it just my hardware too slow?

It is a combination of things. The Fallout 4 engine limitations cannot be brute forced fixed with more power, and some things do have a big impact on these types of problems.

You can push the envelope with better hardward, ofc, but I find you hit diminishing returns. I run this on an i7 with an SSD and a decent card and even then I tone stuff down (185 esms + esps, 375 mods total). I do not think it needs an ENB, and I have a 30inch monitor, so I see everything. Meh. I am old enough that my first console had 1k (yes K) of ram, so watching boobs move at all is mind blowing.
