Pregnancy body - not sure whats required?

I'm trying to work out how to get my avatar to show the belly node increasing during pregnancies. I have XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended installed, with the fixed scripts plugin. I'm using RaceMenu, CBBE along with the BodySlide and OutFit studio and have batch-built morphs (not 100% sure I'm using it correctly but as far as I can tell, I have).

 

If my character is nude, there is no swelling of any nodes (butt, breast or belly). Some outfits show swollen breasts and Toys seem to be conforming to a pregnant shape. Any ideas on a step I might be missing?

 

I'm also using MO rather than NMM. Load order from LOOT:

Did you build the body in bodyslide w morphs checked?

Sounds like you built the clothes according to your statement about 'toys'.
