Missing Hand and Body Meshes

This is only affecting Nords and Orcs for me. I am using HIMBO with SOS, though SOS is the true culprit here. I have tried overwriting, I have made body slides 3 times, I have tried vanilla textures. Everything in this load list works, except for male bodies of Nords and Orcs. https://imgur.com/a/VcC4klf I only included the images of the missing hand mashes, if I remove the rags they have an invisible body, and will be just a head, penis, and feet.

I've reinstalled both HIMBO and SOS (multiple times), this is after doing a clean install to fix a separate issue, I am using Vortex. I know it's SOS because I can use HIMBO with TemperedMales and have no issue.
