Two Menus in Sex Settings that can apparently conflict

There are two menus that have identical options except one enables (Sex Settings -> Sex Content Settings -> Select Available Sex Contexts) and the other disables (Sex Settings -> Dynamic Animation Disabler -> Sex Context).

What happens if you have identical sex contents selected in both menus?  Isn't one of these menus completely redundant?

 

I see the first menu sets which sex context is displayed in the pie menu.  Why not just go by what is disabled?
