Just had the same thing happen with a spoiler; dropped and organized the images only to find that a handful of random shots fused themselves to the bottom of the final spoiler. I couldn't see it until I jumped over to preview mode. Not sure what ended up fixing it, but I removed all the imagery from my post, removed the spoiler boxes (delete on keyboard), then reinserted and reuploaded images one spoiler at a time. 

Double checked in preview mode after every few pictures (only pulled three or four at a time from the folder). It worked that time, but again, not sure what actually fixed it.

So one thing I've noticed on LL is that if you don't include a picture that you upload into a post, it'll automatically get fused to the bottom. What, I've been doing is checking my previews after I finish, and then deleting the images that I did not end up using. Uploading images 1 by 1/as you go also works pretty well
