WickedWhim Error / Infinite loading screen - Unexpected parameter

Game Version : 1.88.228.1020
Os : Windows 7 service pack 1
Whickedwhim version : v169b and v170c
Fix attempt :

• Tested both mods version separately after removing the other one
• No other mods installed
• Tried Whickedwhim file inside the folder that come with the archive or copied right inside the Mods folder 

Game stuck at infinite loading screen , and when alt - tabbed, this error message shows up

Exception processing message 0x0000013 - Unexpected parameter

Theres no error log in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, either from the game or wickedwhim itself, probably because it never reach the menu screen

Game works just fine without wickedwhim present in the mod folder
I tried using EVE 8 body mods alone, game works just fine

Need a little help here, anyone face these issue / got fix for this?
I dont get it, the game version is supported by the mods
I saw other usr error log in this board, looks like WickedWhim is using python, IIRC python drop support for windows 7 some version ago, is this possible cause?
