Hi. Thanks for your answer.   I can see two meshes files  in DATA, Skyrim - Meshes0  and Skyrim - Meshes1

Is there where I must have a look?

No not the bsa in data. You need to get in the folder. Find the meshes folder and follow:

Data/meshes/actors/character/animations/female (or male) untill you find the hkx files.

I asked you about the bsa because there are no Meshes folder in my Data in the game folder. Is this normal?

lol you said you used mods and replaced animations in your OP. How exactly did you do that? Where are the files?

Idk but i think you need to setup your mod manager correctly.

There is no skse, no fnis/nemesis, ect.

I tried to overwrite the vanilla one with mods but the idle continues appearing in between the new ones.

How did you do this? Unless you use some mod manager i don't know about. I use Vortex. You?

In MO2 everything goes in its own folder, that´s why you see nothing else than original files in the game folder.

I used Vortex and with 2 reinstallations I had enough MO2 is just fine. But coming back to the issue , in the MO2 folder I see no animations.

I replaced them by using mods that replace the animations answering to your question.
