[Search] Housing/ building addon for MME

I saw a while back a mod that added a new house/ dungeon to the game for MME. From what I read on the description it was just shy of fully customizable and was located under a bridge. Of course, now that I want to download the mod, I can't find it. Any help would be appreciated, and I apologize for the lack of clues, but this is what I can remember.
