I am just trying to simulate irl.
mooonlightsimmer Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Hi there is Lumpinou's Woohoo Wellness mod that has real name STDs (WTDs) and can be transmitted to npcs and has realistic buffs for diseases/ symptoms. Can be transmitted through woohoo or Wicked Whims. There is also False Hope's Sexual Infections mod on their Patreon. Hope this helps.
