Animations working only one time and then stop working

The first animation (doesn't matter which animation) always works but every animation after I'm just standing there/the npcs standing in me doing nothing. I did everything, used FNIS which didn't give me warnings, started new games, cleaned and reinstalled Sexlab multiple times, tested with/without other mods activated, used LOOT, checked for required and updated mods,

 

I checked my papyrus log and it has quite a bunch of errors but I have no Idea what to do. I mean I reinstalled every mod and skyrim multiple times fixing shit and this is the only thing I can't fix which is bothering me now for a while

 

Edit: apparently it isn't every animation, but I still don't know what to do, some work some don't
