Had to reinstall my Fallout 3 from scratch and now missing a lot of things I liked about it. If anyone can guide me in the right step for the following mod(s), ini tweaks, etc., I would be very appreciative.
  1. When I would "talk" to an NPC, there was Friend, Would You trace With Me, You're Important (set essential basically), Goodbye. I have found all of them EXCEPT You're Important"
  2. When using the tilde key and clicking on an item, it would show (example here) Big Pile (00000007). Now, it just shows the number without the name of whatever I'm clicking on.
