No Sexout Animations playing?

This is the first time in a very long time that I've used sexout, and I can't get any animations to play. The characters just stand still, I get a red triangle with an exclamation mark at the climax and then they flop over. I have everything I need installed so I'm not sure what is going on. I'm getting something on the console command about a skeleton error, but I have NVCS, so I don't know what that's about. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it. Here's my load order.
