Duke Not appearing in the concord play area

So i downloaded the Duke Your new Best Friend mod but Duke doesn't appear in the Concord play area and  it says i have it installed soooo my question is dos it not work with vortex or something?  

 

 

oh and btw is Dogmeat still suppose to be in the game?

im having the same problem, i added him in with console commands but i cant talk/interact wth him ?

You should probably try that mod's support thread, apparently they even have a discord now but you'd need to ask for an invite

im gonna be honest I have no idea how this happens its most likly a conflict. I am working on a large bug fixes version and hopefully it fixes it.
