3rd Person mods that make Fo4 playable in 3rd Person

When I do a search on this I end up finding people suggesting mods that alter third person camera view....

That is not exactly what I am looking around for,

So in SkyrimSE right now we have a series of mods that makes Skyrim very playable in 3rdP just as in any other 3rd P only modern fantasy game.

Examples,

True Directional Movement,

Better Third Person Selection,

Smooth Camera,

Those 3 mods make Skyrim very playable in 3rd person and make it feel like a perfectly valid modern 3rd person fantasy game experience.

There are of course many combat overhauls that I could go on to list but I will simply say SkySA a combo combat overhaul that has extensive lists of 3rd person combat animations for it for both player and npc.

My thinking is that if Fallout 4 had similar mods such as

True Directional Movement, BTPS, and Smooth Cam well its entire gameplay loop could then be played completely in 3rd person rather than having to always switch back to first person most of the time.  Even having to go to first person to manipulate an object or pick something up well that is handled by BTPS in Skyrim....Targetting in 3rd Person handled by TDM...Using a Bow or Spell to shoot a far off target also possible with TDM...Running towards the camera TDM does that too.  Smooth Camera whats that do?  Well its sort of like you have a camera man following the player around, rough as hell description but it works great and it just feels natural.

Mods like those are what I am looking for with Fallout 4, and I sort of doubt I am going to find them but I think its very doable and desible for Fo4 even though a lot of players might not be able to shake the first person experience of Fo4 I am convinced it could be played entirely in 3rd person with mods like those even by players that make heavy use of gunplay, as even VATS could be used for example for special shots.
