Ah found it while i was writting this : I bet it was made by this guy, but I can't find the model. Also could be a vanilla house upgrade or a new house, but a final and tested version. The only mods I use that change vanilla houses are MLLY/Mini-Maneqquins and Breezehome Fully Upgradable. I'm using (building actually) Silverstead but some weapon racks are buggy, so I'm turning my head to other options for now. Elysium Estate looks great but could be changed soon according to the mod author. My main concern are those buggy item storage places that drop the items in some houses. Thanks.

The mod I think you're talking about (Player Voicesets) can be customized, you'll need to find some files to replace and that's it. But interacting with more stuff will require more work on the CK but I don't know how to set all this.

So your character can ragdollify, randomly, with certain bindings, and depending on which ones, not be able to get up, and have a menu to ask for help, take out bindings, sleep, use magic, struggle. Would be nice for follower support too, seeing your blindfolded friend constantly trip. Maybe some support to call on a soul gem or something. Would be cool, wouldn't it?
