clothing while nude

hey i was wondering how can i make my sim keep pants on while bathing and during sex animations, my sim is a centaur/satyr and i have pants cc for him. is there a cheat/mod i can use to have the centaur legs on while nude

There's probably another way, but the most convenient I first think of would be to be able to turn the cc pants into a body details cc. Body details are always on sims, so they stay on while in nude "outfit".
But I'm myself trying to figure out the same thing as you for a skeleton sim I have (the skeleton part is an outfit, and so when he baths it doesn't stick to him and he changes into a regular sim...) but I've tried and haven't found a working way to turn the clothing into a body detail for him yet...
