Adding fangs to Serana as she is

Hi all; I found the mod- "Vampire fangs for non-vampire race" by corndawgz82-, here on Lovers Lab and I like them on my character, my question is how to apply them to Serana??

Is it possible without using Creation club? How do I go about doing this? If any of you fine people could help me it would be great!

Why on earth Bethesda made Serana, A pure blooded vampire, without fangs is beyond me.
